These coatings are 100% solids that translates into non flammable, non toxic and a non hazardous system The odor or lack thereof is greatly reduced by 90%. This allows us work in hospitals and nursing homes with the fewest inconveniences and fastest 1.5 second dry time. Going green is necessary and if we can provide our refinishing service without loosing quality then we all win. We are out to help ourselves and our competitors in leadning this system as we are all brothers in the industry. A totally green system that is CURED 100% in seconds and green needs to be offered to all. Being environmentally safe will have us all top if using this new PBRA Refinishers Online UV system. Also your insurance liability is decreased because of the non toxic, non flammability of the coating.

HOW IT WORKS – These are single component coatings, NO CATALYST needed. Your catalyst is in the coating and contains photointiaters that are When the UV light hits the coating, it cures in out in1 to 10 seconds depending on the light and distance from the surface. We carry High Gloss high gloss and satin clear, white, china white, almond, light grey and black for actually our colors are unlimited unlike uther systems. Colors are the same cost. This is not a base coat clear coat system like a car. You simply prime and apply then topcoat. Only half the amount that is normaly used on a bathtub is required. The unused portion can be poured back into the container without waste.

Using your normal equipment its almost like spraying a conventional system. No gravity gun is required. Our formulation is HVLP friendly. In fact we recommend the Fuji Mini Mite available just above cost at the PBRA. We are a FUJI dealer but offer out enormous discounts to our members.

The Coatings are being marketed on their merits. UV COATINGS – do have less odor and the back in service time is literally minutes. Doing two colors on a tub and tile is now done is a day. Our UV lighting system very user freindly. I have seen some of the other heavy ones. The last time I handled lights that big I was in the service manning anti-aircraft guns shinning lights in the sky. Ours is like a blow dryer. Plugs into a 110 No 40 LB transformer We are selling the lights at at $995. Since we do not need transformers our systems are portable and professional looking. We have a great supplier and the supply is unlimited. No waiting list. No requirement to buy solvent coatings for six months because if this is really about health why would we make you buy the other for six months? That’s twisted.
Personal TRAINING is included with our UV package. ONLINE training as well.
We have the ultimate UV package.
COSTS OF COATINGS – $140.00 per gallon and $36.00 per quart, colors are free. NO catalyst and all the other compensating factors bring this down to about $65.00 per gallon compared to VOC COMPLIANT SYSTEMS. IN CLOSEING, THIS IS ALL ABOUT YOUR HEALTH so we will sell to anyone who wants to be in the UV coatings business. Not only is it the safest coating it’s extremely durable and the most porcelain like surface I have ever seen. This is just another tool in the refinishers tool box. Our Choice solvent systems are 82 % solids and meet all VOC compliant requirements.
